- Assembly

IsEnabled
Gets or sets whether this module participates in host synchronization.
bool IsEnabled { get; set; }
Property Value
Examples
Disable an unused module through the common interface before the first synchronization:
var header = Cfheader.Instances[0];
IIOModule module = header.DigitalInputModules[7];
module.IsEnabled = false;
header.Open();
header.Sync();
Remarks
Disabled modules are omitted from configuration, output writes, and discovery requests. Incoming values and statuses are ignored without synchronization-driven events. Settings, desired outputs, cached inputs, subscriptions, and the last I2cStatus are retained. Re-enabling resumes synchronization but does not acknowledge an existing I²C failure; use AcknowledgeI2cFailure() to allow a failed module to be retried. Re-enabled analog input modules send their complete channel configuration on the next eligible synchronization. Module enablement is independent of IsEnabled. The setting survives Close() and Open(). Change it before or between calls to Sync(), with background synchronization stopped. Disabling does not turn off physical outputs or stop autonomous firmware I²C polling.
