Opens the USB connection to this CFHEADER module.
public void Open()Remarks
Does nothing if the connection is already open. This method does not synchronize module configuration or I/O. Module IsEnabled settings are retained when reopening.

The CFHEADER module could not be found or USB communication could not be established.
